little deer

through some random interweb searches i found this cute new blog by Taylor Kitto called 

"The Little Deer". her blog is full of beautiful images and nice ideas. good inspiration.

very nice. 

i like it a lot, go and have a look. she also has an etsy shop called

i've got quite a big collection of hankies that i've just been keeping in my cupboard for a very long time hoping that one day i will have a brain wave and know exactly what to do with them....i think this wall of hankies is a pretty good idea.

blue bird garage market on a sunday

this sunday was the 1st vintage market at the blue bird garage in muizenberg.  friday nights at the blue bird have already become a regular "uitstappie" down the road for a couple of drinks, some nice food and some hanging out with the friends. rad.

sunday's a different vibe with more stuff and less food. they had lots of really nice antique jewellery and also some really rad vintage clothes. 

i bought some nice dresses from my lovely friend Sonnet, she's also got a blog:

weddings are nice things. 

it's nice when the wedding day actually arrives, everything is done and you can just kick back and relax and have fun.....but planning the whole thing can be really stressful.

im thinking of you mel....just wanted to let you know, im on top of this thing 

(whatever it is we decide to call it in the end)

and this is the one thing you don't have to worry about chooks.

i hope you have the most beautiful wedding day ever.

i'll post a photo of the thingy when it is done.....you can't really see what its going to be from the photos. but it's something that's going on her dress.

also, recently i have discovered this amazing couple taking the most beautiful wedding photies i've ever seen. if anybody needs the best wedding photographers get hold of these guys...
